Founded in 2013 out of a necessity for world class metal fabrication and engineering concepts in Namibia. The Metallum family is over 70 staff strong and consists of engineers, draftsmen, project managers, artisans, specialist welders and machine operators.

Ryan has a strong business acumen, adding value for Metallum not only from an engineering standpoint, but also in the areas of financial and project management.
His hands-on approach from project inception to completion, perfectly complements Metallum’s strategy of providing a consistently high level of service excellence and quality.
Ryan employs a structured approach, whilst continuing to ensure the company provides innovative and industry leading solutions.
He brings to the group a vast knowledge of international projects, having lived and worked in both Hong Kong and Australia.
During his tenure abroad Ryan led projects across Asia Pacific, Australasia and the Middle East. Here he was responsible for projects in specialist steel, glass & aluminum design, engineering, fabrication & construction.

Helge is a solution oriented engineer with a strong foothold in project management and project execution.
He brings to Metallum vast experience of the African market, having worked extensively in South Africa, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Togo and Nigeria.
In addition to this, he has also been active in projects in both the USA and Canada.
He is adept at maintaining an exceptional rate of productivity, accuracy, efficiency as well as translating complex requirements into viable solutions.
His diverse portfolio has given rise to an extensive skill set involving international sourcing, supervising, budgeting and reporting on engineering projects.
Helge is a skilled communicator with a client centric approach which translates customer requirements and concepts into finished products.

Arne is a mechanical engineer with over twelve years hands-on experience in the steel fabrication & construction industry. This has enabled him to ensure all aspects of the Metallum design and manufacturing process are efficient and cost effective. These savings are brought forth to the customer without any compromise in quality or design.
As a result of his technical ability, practical skills and experience, Arne is a fundamental part of our manufacturing team. His experience in operational efficiency and innovation helps Metallum continually improve our end-to-end solution from source to sale.
